Keep it shining
Care Guide
A few simple habits keep your pieces looking new.
Keep it dry
Especially important for cosmetic jewellery
Remove pieces before showering, swimming or exercising. Water and sweat dull plating over time.
Last on, first off
Especially important for cosmetic jewellery
Put jewellery on after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before bed. These products wear away plating.
Gentle cleaning
Especially important for S925 sterling silver
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Avoid chemical cleaners and abrasive cloths. A silver polishing cloth brings back the shine on sterling silver.
Glass eyes
Evil eye beads are glass — avoid knocks and drops. A chipped eye is said to have done its job!
Store separately
Especially important for S925 sterling silver
Keep each piece in its pouch so fine chains don't tangle or scratch. A sealed pouch also slows tarnishing on silver.
Hand chains
Fasten the wrist clasp first, then slip the ring on. Unhook carefully to avoid stretching links.
